Energy & Body Work™ began close to home. For years, Debi has devoted herself to studying and practicing multiple modalities in the energy and body work fields, helping people release what they’ve been carrying and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance, alignment, and well-being through compassion, intuition, and skilled guidance.
Experiencing, and watching, the depth of that work, and how difficult it could be for others to fully understand or even find it, stirred something in both of us.
We realized Debi wasn’t alone. So many practitioners carry incredible gifts and years of training, yet struggle to share their work in a way that feels clear, authentic, and visible to the people who are searching for it.
That realization is what inspired the creation of Energy & Body Work™ – a space designed to help this kind of work be seen, valued, and easily discovered.

Debi Hales is the COO and Co-Founder of Energy & Body Work™ and the practitioner expert behind the brand. A holistic practitioner for over 20 years and founder of Roots to Leaves, Debi is known for her intuitive, grounded approach to healing and her lifelong commitment to learning. Her deep experience and gentle wisdom shape the supportive, authentic energy that defines Energy & Body Work™.
